This week I used ChatGPT to make a menu for me again, and it made making dinner easier than ever. I asked for Macro-Friendly dinners, and here’s what it picked for dinners this week.Â
Last week, in an effort to save my sanity at 5pm everyday, I asked ChatGPT to make a menu for me.
Here’s the prompt I gave it:
“Create a 14 day macro friendly meal plan for a (*your weight*) lb woman that is intermittent fasting, so no breakfast, only lunch, snack, and dinner. Make the lunches easy to make ahead, and sometimes the same meal so it’s easy to batch cook once and have a few days of lunches.”
It gave me a big list of dinner ideas, and I used them as starting points to make dinners that I knew my family would eat and like.
MONDAY – Baked Cod with Wild Rice and Veggies
- I used THIS RECIPE and served with Brussels sprouts.
TUESDAY – Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti Squash with Marinara Sauce
- I did a combination of ground turkey and ground beef for a little more flavor. I used THIS RECIPE.
WEDNESDAY – Steak and Egg veggie bowl with salsa
- We had leftover steak from Sunday dinner, so this meal was perfect. I did mushrooms, onions, and spinach in the eggs, and did half full eggs and half egg whites. I didn’t use a recipe, but it turned out great!
THURSDAY – Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl
- I did rice, cucumber, edamame and avocado, basically using THIS RECIPE.
FRIDAY — pizza
- Friday is our pizza and movie night. I use THIS RECIPE for our pizza dough.
SATURDAY — Date night
SUNDAY — Roast
- I use this basic recipe.
